Working closely with the in-house marketing team, the creative approach was shaped around who the membership is for — loyal theatre lovers, curious newcomers, and the wider audience orbiting the Exchange. Every decision considered tone, accessibility, and storytelling, ensuring the offer felt clear, compelling, and full of possibility.
